Colleen D. Grope, CPC, CCS-P, is the co-founder and president of Medsys Consulting, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting and practice management. She partners with medical practices of all sizes and specialties nationwide, providing education, analysis, and hands-on support to improve efficiency, compliance, and financial performance.

Her expertise spans all areas of practice management, including medical coding and billing, documentation accuracy, compliance, chart audits, fraud and abuse prevention, and Accounts Receivable control.

Colleen is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) and a Certified Coding Specialist – Physician-Based (CCS-P) through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She has also served as an Education Officer for her local AAPC chapter, sharing her knowledge with peers and advancing professional standards in the field.

A dedicated educator, Colleen has taught in local adult education programs, presented seminars at the local, state, and national levels, and provided training to residency programs. She also collaborates with hospitals to develop and establish physician practices, ensuring providers are positioned for long-term success.

Pradeep Bansal

Vice President & Co-Owner, Medsys Consulting, Inc.

Pradeep Bansal is the co-owner and Vice President of Medsys Consulting, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across finance, banking, administration, client relations, and vendor contract negotiations in both the trading and manufacturing sectors.

Before co-owning Medsys Consulting, Mr. Bansal served as Chief Financial Officer at Microsys Computing, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the company’s successful merger with Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, in 2006. Following the merger, he continued his leadership as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and driving growth.

Mr. Bansal is a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) and a long-standing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (since 1983). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Delhi, India.

With his extensive background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, Mr. Bansal plays a vital role in guiding Medsys’s growth, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting clients with the highest standards of service.
